CHEYENNE,WY Cheyenne Firefighters Local
279 is once again selling Christmas trees for charity.
Trees will go on sale December 1st through December
12th. Trees will be sold behind Fire Station #5 on
Dell range Blvd. in front of Wal-mart. Hours are from
3-9 P.M. weekdays and 10 AM. until 9 P.M. weekends.
You can access the tree stand from the south west
corner of Wal-mart parking lot.
Last years charities that benefitted
from this sale where the Salvation Army Angel Trees,
Empty Stocking Fund, children of Safehouse, children
involved in the Victim Advocacy program, and the
Salvation Army's soup kitchen for Christmas dinner.
Prices are as follows:
4'-5' - $20
5'-6' - $30
6'-7' - $40
7'-8' - $50
8'-9' - $60
9'-10' - $70
12' - $100
14' - $110
16' - $120
Trees from 4' to 10' are Scotch
Pine and Balsam Fir.
Trees from 12' to 16' are all Balsam
Fir.
Wreaths and other decorations -
$20 - $40
Please remember every dollar of
profit benefits underprivileged children in our
community.
The
event will be staffed by off-duty Cheyenne Professional
Firefighters and their families.
